Document Description
The City of San Leandro prepared a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the City’s 2023-2031 Housing Element and General Plan Update. The Housing Element update presents a comprehensive set of housing policies and actions for the years 2023-2031. This include updates to the Environmental Hazards Element and the adoption of an Environmental Justice Element. The City also made changes to the Land Use Element, land use designations, and Zoning Code.
