Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMs-RIV-31375-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Chandresh Ravaliya. The Project includes construction of a gas station, a food mart/retail store, and accompany infrastructure. The Project would modify an existing roadside drainage channel along the west side of Redlands Boulevard, including removal of two existing 24-inch reinforced concrete pipes (RCPs) and replacing the drainage with underground 54-inch RCPs and removal of existing concrete box culvert. Impacts from the Project would be approximately 0.21-acres of the onsite drainage channel through grade and fill, storm drain outlets, and project development.
