The proposed project ('Tiny Homes') uses Homekey Round 2 funds, provides housing for individuals/families who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness, the units will be in decent, safe and sanitary condition at the time of occupancy, contractors will use skilled workforce, the project is supported by the County, units will be restricted to homeless community.
