Document Description
The proposed project is restoration and enhancement of the northern bank of the Russian River and its associated riparian habitat to legalize disturbance and removal of vegetation within an approximately 5,950 sq ft area within the 50-foot Riparian Corridor setback. The total Project footprint is approximately 20,724 sf, including an approximately 17,924 sq ft native riparian vegetation restoration area and an approximately 2,800 sq ft, riparian enhancement area. The Streamside Conservation Plan includes restoration of four native riparian revegetation zones, including Zones A (1,400 sq ft), B (4,500 sq ft) C (5,400 sq ft) and E (6,624 sq ft), and one riparian enhancement zones (Zone D, 2,800 sf) totaling 20,724 sf as shown on Sheet 1 of the Vegetation and Monitoring Plan, dated August 1, 2021.

No exceptions listed under Section 15300.2 apply. There is no reasonable possibility that the project would have a significant effect on the environment.
