Document Description
The proposed project would amend the City’s Zoning Map and adopt an ordinance that identifies 259 parcels being rezoned to be consistent with their existing General Plan land use designations shown on the Land Use Map. Further, the approval of Change of Zone No. 2021-01 is in compliance with requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), in that on January 12, 2022, at a duly noticed public hearing, the City Council also adopted the Addendum to General Plan Environmental Impact Report (SCH# 2002051143) for the Zoning Consistency Update.
