The Project is the issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA) for Emmerson Investment’s Shasta Springs Ranch located in the Parks Creek basin, which manages land and water for livestock, hay production, and fisheries and wildlife habitat. The project activities covered in the SAA agreement include land and water management for Routine Agricultural Activities including operation and maintenance of surface water diversions, maintaining stream crossings and cattle watering lanes, and implementing Beneficial Management Activities (instream habitat restoration, fish passage improvement, riparian enhancement, tailwater control, water efficiency, diversion coordination, and implementing avoidance and minimization measures)
