Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes a safety barrier project (Project) along State Route (SR) 1, from Post Mile (PM) 36.49 to PM 38.31 north of the community of Montara in San Mateo County, California. The Project would replace all existing nonstandard metal-beam guardrail with standard Midwest Guardrail System; replace temporary concrete barriers with safety barriers; and upgrade existing regulatory signs to current standards.
