The project’s permanent facilities would include, but are not limited to, perimeter security fencing and nighttime directional lighting at the on-site warehouse and distribution facility, new pavement, curb and gutter, and sidewalk on frontage roads with associated signing and markings, office, break and ancillary space, and Robotic Storage Platforms (RSP) that would house a large, automated storage retrieval system with shelf-like storage units (pods) that are moved by low-profile robots.
