Document Description
PG&E is proposing to perform tree maintenance activities along the Cottonwood 1101 12 kilovolt electric distribution line in the State Route (SR) 36 right-of-way (ROW) in Tehama County: post mile 25.4 to 25.7 and 27.6 to 27.7. Maintenance activities would be performed on 11 trees. Ten trees would be removed within Caltrans ROW; one tree would be removed outside the ROW with work being performed from SR 36. The purpose of the project is to maintain public safety and provide reliable electric services to PG&E customers. To facilitate maintenance activities, traffic control would be performed during the proposed work. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
