The City of Norwalk is preparing a Bicycle Master Plan (BMP), which establishes the City’s vision and comprehensive approach to improving biking in Norwalk. The BMP identifies facility needs, recommended improvement projects, programs, and policies intended to encourage biking throughout Norwalk.
