The primary scope of work includes on-site improvements to the City of Coalinga Fire Department located at 300 Elm Ave, Coalinga, CA 93210. The work entails but is not limited to: construction surveying, tree and landscaping removal, demolition of existing concrete improvements, excavation of existing asphalt concrete parking lot and grading and compaction of subgrade, placement of aggregate base, construction of 12,940 square feet of fiber reinforced Portland cement concrete parking lot, perimeter block wall, vehicle cantilever gate and pedestrian gate with access control, construction of generator pad and installation/connection of 100KW stand-by generator, site lighting, miscellaneous electrical work for ambulance shore power connections, and placement of striping and signage.
