Code of Regs Title 14 § 15168, the Board of the West Turlock Groundwater Sustainability Agency determined that: (1) This activity is within the scope of the program approved earlier (SCH# 2022010100), and (2) All feasible mitigation measures in the PEIR are hereby adopted and shall be incorporated into implementation of the Program and the Plan.
