To install two sub-surface groundwater recharge projects. Pursuant to the Cal. Code of Regs Title 14 § 15168, the proposed recharge projects are activities within the scope of the Program EIR for the Turlock Groundwater Sustainability Plan (SCH# 2022010100). The Board of Directors of the Turlock Irrigation District determined that: (1) This activity is within the scope of the program approved earlier, and (2) The program EIR adequately describes the activity for the purposes of CEQA.
