Per 15304, Minor Alterations to Land, this project involves only minor construction on previously developed and disturbed lands, including minor trenching for connection of new transformer and switchgear. Also, per 15301, Minor Alteration to Existing Buildings, the 6,250 sq ft of rooftop solar will be installed on top of an existing structure, with negligible expansion of existing use. Exemption 15314 for school sites is also met.
