Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to develop a concrete and asphalt recycling and production facility. The facility will be capable of processing 1.7 million tons of construction aggregate materials annually, including hot-mix asphalt and ready-mix concrete. The project will construct a ready-mix concrete production facility, a concrete and asphalt recycling facility, a hot-mix asphalt facility, sediment basin, and associated facilities including modular office buildings. 0.38 acre of seasonal wetlands located on the project site that will be permanently impacted from grading the site.
