Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of fill and restoration of the unnamed stream and associated wetlands to be completed per the conditions of the Amended Cleanup and Abatement Order (CAO R6T-2021-0007- 1A) issued by the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board. The project includes the restoration of approximately 180 linear feet of intermittent stream, 4,260 square feet (0.10 acre) of emergent/scrub-shrub wetland, and 11,456 square feet (0.26 acre) of stream environment zone (SEZ). The disturbed areas will be reseeded with native seed mixes specific to both wetland and SEZ communities.

Class 4 because the project consists of minor alteration of the condition of the land which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees. Class 21 because the project is in response to the Notice of Violation and Amended Cleanup and Abatement Order issued by the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board. Class 33 because the project is limited to the revegetation of previously disturbed areas and restoration of the intermittent stream and associated wetlands.
