UC Davis accepted the donation of Templeton Farms, a 52-acre horse training and breeding facility in Templeton, CA. UC Davis Real Estate Services conducted due diligence including an Environmental Site Assessment Phase 1, Seismic analysis, and a full property condition assessment (including wells, buildings, and ADA) prior to acquiring the property. UC Davis will continue current operations at Templeton Farms as a horse training and boarding facility and will add veterinary services at the site. The property transferred to UC Davis in December, 2021.
