Document Description
The Digital 299 Broadband Project is a proposal to install approximately 300 miles of new conduit and fiber optic cable within existing road rights-of-way and easements, along with up to five in-line amplifier buildings, to provide internet to underserved communities in northern California. State and federal agencies have collaborated to leverage a joint Environmental Assessment / Initial Study Mitigated Negative Declaration (EA/ISMND) and technical studies to support their separate decisions and permits.
