Document Description
The Digital 299 Broadband proposed project (project) is an approximately 300-mile regional telecommunications network that would support portions of Humboldt, Trinity, and Shasta Counties. The project includes the above- and below-ground installation of fiber optic cable and various network support facilities. The State Lands Commission action is issuance of a 25-year General Lease – Right- of-Way Use through February 25, 2049, for the installation and use of a 4-inch-diameter fiber optic conduit.
