The Project scope includes the following work:
1. Replace the two-lane, eastbound bridge (bridge #17-0023R) with a wider structure to accommodate two lanes and standard 10-foot or wider shoulders. Construct a Type ST-70 barrier on the shoulders.
2. Replace the two-lane, westbound bridge (bridge #17-0023L) with a wider structure to accommodate two lanes, an extended acceleration lane, and standard 10-foot or wider shoulders. Construct a Type ST-70 barrier on the shoulders.
