Document Description
The project includes the construction of an access road across a creek to be used by equipment during the replacement and widening of two overhead bridges on SR-20. A clear water diversion system (culvert) will be installed in the creek and remain in place for three working seasons. Clearing, grubbing, excavation, backfilling, grading, drilling, and compacting will be done in the stream channel and its associated riparian habitat.
