Document Description
CEQA Notice of Exemption for a project proposing the renovation and improvement of recreation facilities in the City of Blue Lake. The City proposes several improvements to Perigot Park (025-132-001) including renovations to Prasch Hall (roof, floor, stage, party room, and kitchen), installation of dog training obstacles at the dog park, replacement of the infield soils at the softball field to improve drainage, replacement of the chips at the playground, and installation of a kitchen floor drain in the serving booth. The project also proposes renovations to the tennis/basketball courts on parcel 025-141-001 including modifying the playing surface to allow pickle ball and improving the outdoor lighting.
