Signing of the December 2021 Amendment to the Agreement Between State of California, Department of Fish and Wildlife and Eastern Municipal Water District for the San Jacinto Wildlife Area Reclaimed Water Supply Project extending the Agreement for a period of two months. All provisions of the Agreement, except as modified by signing this interim extension, and the rate code R682 as established by the District’s Recycled Water Service Rates effective January 1, 2022, remain in full force and effect and are reaffirmed. These modifications only extend the term of the agreement for two months and reflects the new rate. There are no other changes to the Agreement.
