Document Description
A use permit request to allow the construction and operation of a new car wash facility on approximately 1.18 acres of undeveloped land located at 3025 McMurry Drive, Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 201-620-091. Specifically, the project proposes to develop a 3,596-square foot car wash facility that includes an onsite eighteen (18) stall vacuum bay. The subject use permit has been determined to be categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 (Infill Development) as the project is a) consistent with the General Plan and applicable zoning regulations; b) occurs within city limits on a site of no more than five acres substantially surrounded by urban uses; c) has no habitat value for endangered, rare, or threatened species; d) would not result in any significant effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality; and e) can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services.
