Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-21597-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Mendocino County Department of Transportation. The Project proposes to replace the existing 18”x40' corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert with a 24”x40’ smoothbore high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe, reshape the inlet, and construct a new rock headwall at the inlet and outlet, and construct a rock energy dissipaters at the inlet.
