Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-FRE-25907-R4), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The Project includes activities related to replacing culverts, replacing and adding concrete headwalls, installing flared end sections, and/or installing rock slope protection (RSP) at 18 existing culvert locations. Project activities will also include restoring temporarily disturbed areas with seeding and plantings. The changes to the Project associated with Amendment 1 include rehabilitating an existing culvert with a cured-in-place pipeliner instead of replacing it with a new culvert using the jack-and-bore method.
