Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS No. VEN-26963, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Thousand Oaks, as represented by Nader Heydari. The whole of the Project is the Unit W Wastewater Interceptor Condition Assessment project on the south fork of the Arroyo Conejo, tributary to Conejo Creek. The Project is part of the City of Thousand Oaks’ long-term program to rehabilitate its wastewater interceptor system to improve reliability and prevent future failures. The proposed Project is limited to assessing the internal condition of the Unit W Interceptor and replacing broken isolation valves. The Project consists of nine components: creation of four temporary culvert creek crossings, clearing of an area for staging and valve replacement for Structure W-A, temporary excavation for installation of pipe access tees in two areas, shapell lateral valve replacement, and Structure W-D and W-1 valve replacement.
