Reasons for Exemption
The existing fenced Skatepark consists primarily of concrete flatwork and formed concrete skateboarding obstacles surrounding two incomplete/dirt areas within its boundary. The Project would install a small amount of additional concrete within those two dirt areas to complete the interior of the facility. It would also install a shade structure and lighting poles , which are accessory or appurtenant items intended to enhance ease of project use.
