The project approved by the City of Palo Alto City Council was analyzed as Alternative 3, Development Agreement Alternative, in the 200 Portage Avenue Townhome Project EIR. The project consists of a Development Agreement between the Sobrato Organization and the City, rezoning of the resulting parcels to Planned Community Zone District, a Comprehensive Plan land use map and text amendment, and a vesting tentative map with exceptions to allow for redevelopment of an approximately 14-acre site with townhomes, R&D, retail, park, and affordable housing uses.
