Document Description
The purpose of this project is to install lighting along the exterior walls of Sutter's Fort State Historic Park to light the exterior walls during the evening. Project will: * Drill into the existing masonry and use masonry anchors to attach electrical conduit to the top of the exterior wall, out of sight from ground view; * Drill into the existing masonry and use masonry wall anchors to affix lighting fixtures near the top of the walls along the entire length of the exterior vertical face at approximately 1 0-foot intervals; and * Install five (5) lighting controller units within the interior building structures. Use masonry anchor to affix the controller units to the interior wall face at locations screened from public view. All conduit and other lighting components will be white in color to match the Fort walls. All work will be done in accordance with the Secretary of Interior Standards for Rehabilitation of Historic Structures.
