Document Description
The City of Pico Rivera (City) is proposing the 6th-cycle Housing Element as an update to the City’s current (5th-cycle) Housing Element that was adopted in October 2013. The City’s Housing Element is a mandatory General Plan element that is due to be updated no less than once every eight years by state law. The City’s goal for this undertaking is to achieve certification of its Housing Element for the 6th-cycle (2021–2029) reporting period) by the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
