Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has issued an Emergency Permit to the UC Davis School of Medicine to treat hazardous waste through a controlled reaction with a chemical solution. The chemicals, consisting of Diethyl Ether (1 x 1 Liter) and Picric Acid (1 x 4 Liter), must be stabilized prior to transport to an authorized hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility.
