Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Indianola Elementary School Water System Consolidation. The Project includes construction of a new water pipeline to connect the Indianola School water line at an existing well to CalWater facilities in the City of Selma. The pipeline is proposed to be constructed within the Dinuba Avenue road right-of-way a distance of roughly 4,000 linear feet from the school site to the nearest point of connection with existing CalWater pipeline at approximately Dinuba Avenue and Road 88. The existing well at the school site will be converted to be used for irrigation. A new irrigation booster pump will be installed, and the existing booster pumps and hydropneumatics tank at the school’s storage tank site will be removed.
