Frontier Communications is proposing to bore 52', place (1) 17" X 30" handhole, 52' of 1-1.25" duct, and place aerial fiber on existing poles adjacenet to the State Route 395 in Modoc County from PM 2.721 to 4.082. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within the State Right-of-Way.
