Document Description
The proposed UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge Willow Creek Staff Housing project would redevelop the site currently developed with the existing approximately 2,170-sf maintenance building and surface parking lot. A new approximately 7,600-sf Willow Creek Staff Housing building would be built to replace the staff housing accommodations (54 beds) and meeting space currently provided at Cedar Lodge, which would be demolished. Infrastructure to serve the new building would also be installed.
