Document Description
PG&E is proposing to perform tree maintenance activities along the Red Bluff 1101 12 kilovolt electric distribution line occurring between post mile R29.0 and R32.7 in the State Route (SR) 36 right-of-way (ROW) in Tehama County. Maintenance activities would be performed on 49 trees. 21 trees would be removed and one trimmed within Caltrans ROW (22 total). The remaining 27 trees to be removed or trimmed occur outside the ROW – work would be performed from SR 36. The purpose of the project is to maintain public safety and provide reliable electric services to PG&E customers. To facilitate maintenance activities, traffic control would be performed during the proposed work. Caltrans would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within State right-of-way.
