Document Description
The City al Folsom is proposing to upgrade the Decant Pump Station and Reclamation Backwash Basin within the existing Folsom Waler Trealmenl Plant to improve operation and resilience. The project would upgrade three elements of the "reclaimed backwash water" (RBW) infrastructure: 1) Increase Decant Pump Station (DPS) pumping capacity; 2) install DPS controls; and 3) construct new branch piping below ground lo deliver RBW to the south side at the RBW Basin Beneticiaries ot the project would be those within the City of Folsom Water Treatment Plant service area.
