Notice of Exemption
The Project involves replacement of approximately 500 linear feet of existing public
sewer main located within the paved area of Eddy Lane and re-aligning approximately 250 feet of existing broken sewer main that crosses APN 026-221-31 to tie into a new manhole on the north side of the Yacht Harbor Mobile Home Park property. The project includes replacement of deteriorating and broken 6-inch sanitary sewer
pipe with 8” pipe to meet current District standards, rehabilitating associated infrastructure in disrepair, and replacing pavement associated with sewer trenching. The existing broken sewer main that crosses APN 026-221-31 will be abandoned. The construction method is to open cut trench and install the new sewer pipes. Most
of the work will occur within the existing paved roadway, and approximately 250 feet of pipe will be installed outside of the existing roadway within the backyards of parcels 026-221-31, 026-221-30, and a portion of 026-651-04.
