Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-INY-18194-R6), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Jennifer Ruth Weston. The project is limited to the cultivation of cannabis. Cannabis will be cultivated under hoop houses in pots and 275 feet south of Big Pine Creek within a 5,142 square foot cultivation plot. The soil for cannabis cultivation will include native soil and compost of manure and carbon products (e.g., leaves). Irrigation and electricity for the project will be provided through diversion of water from Big Pine Creek via a 1974 riparian water right using existing infrastructure.
