This safety project is located on SB I-5, from approximately 0.5 mi south of Junipero Serra Road UC (PM 10.4) to SR-74 and I-5 Separation (PM 9.6), in the City of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange. This safety project proposes to add a second auxiliary lane of 2,020 ft, reconfigure the existing exit-ramp entrance, and add Traffic Census Stations. The details of work include all the work to accommodate the 2nd auxiliary lane and the reconfiguration of the exit-ramp entrance
