Document Description
The project will replace an aging and deteriorating modular residence at Montana de Oro State Park with a new unit to provide newer and safer housing for a State Park employee. Work will:
- Under a contract, remove the old modular building;
- Add up to 4 inches of compacted road base to improve the existing building pad;
- Relocate gas, electrical, water, and waste-water hookups approximately 1 ft to the west; and
- Coordinate delivery and installation of the new modular home with the contractor.

This project consists of the maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels; replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structure will be located on the same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced; and minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry and agricultural purposes.
