Document Description
The project proposes to remove existing pier and construct a new 5x448 ft pier, 3x35 ft gangway, 16x24 ft suspended platform, 16x28 ft covered boat lift, and 16x18 ft double PWC lift. Project includes removing 20 wooden pilings and driving 7 metal pilings.
Tules are NOT present in the project area and will not be impacted by the proposed project. Work in the lake will likely occur between October 15 and December 31, but may occur outside of the work window. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
