enter into an individual land conservation contract for a 58-acre property – 28 acres owned by Hoover and 30
acres owned by Hansen – located at 5513 (Hoover) and 5575 (Hansen) El Pomar Drive, east of the South El
Pomar Road intersection, approximately 5.7 miles east of the community of Templeton in the El Pomar-Estrella
