Document Description
The Department of the Navy is proposing new road pavement and traffic control improvements, on State Route 178, at the Tank Hill Gate entrance to Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) China Lake. Caltrans plans to issue a highway encroachment permit for work that occurs within the State's right-of-way. Permitted work includes the installation of a dedicated left turn lane, new asphalt pavement, signs and stripping.
