The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-MEN-31360 -R1C), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant is the California Department of Transportation. This Agreement authorizes the California Department of Transportation’s widening of Jack Peters Creek Bridge. This project proposes to widen the existing bridge, adding a separated pedestrian path, and upgrading bridge rails and existing guardrails from Caltrans project # 01-43484.
