Document Description
Construction of a Hydronic Loop to provide piping for the distribution of hot water to Coalinga State Hospital campus. This project will replace the existing heating hot water supply/heating hot water return (HHW) system due to significant leaking of the joints of the current underground HHW pipes due to highly corrosive soils. Work will include installation of approximately 20,000 liner feet of direct buried pipe and associated fittings for the HHW distribution piping looped around the campus connecting to 28 buildings using 15 lateral connecting pipes from the main loop, installation of utility boxes at all 15 junction points, and replacement of 80 chilled water supply valves.
