Document Description
The project proposes to remove existing pier and construct a new 5x20 ft. pier, 3x30 ft. gangway and 24x30 ft. uncovered boatlift. Project includes removing 8 wooden pilings and driving 8 metal pilings. No littoral vegetation will be removed. Tules are present in the project area. The proposed structure will avoid tules so there will not be any impacts to the tules. All work in the lake will occur between October 15 and December 31. The project will not result in significant adverse environmental effects to wetlands or riparian habitats. The Lake County Community Development Department has determined that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment and is, therefore, exempt from the provisions of CEQA.
