Document Description
The Lugo-Victorville Transmission Line Upgrade Project consists of raising five transmission line towers by 25 feet. Tower raising activities will involve the use of cranes, boom lifts, and trucks carrying necessary equipment. The tower raisings will be accomplished by adding new steel segments to the existing towers. Prior to proceeding with the tower raising work, necessary crane pads and equipment access areas would be graded in the vicinity of each tower site. Road maintenance activities would also be required to ensure necessary equipment can safely access each work area.
