Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-22374, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Gas (SoCalGas) Company. The project consists of excavation, inspection, and repair or replacement of the existing Line 3000 natural gas pipeline within four (4) ephemeral streambeds (Dig 1, Dig 2, Dig 3, and Dig 5). All repair/replacement work areas are located within existing SoCalGas ROWs. Project crews of approximately 10 people per site will excavate a trench approximately 10 ft wide and 10 ft deep, remove the existing pipe sections of a 30-inch pipeline, replace them, backfill the trench, and restore the area to pre-construction contours.
