DWR proposes to replace six existing shallow seepage wells along the west embankment of the Thermalito Afterbay. The replacement wells will be drilled on the same gravel pads that the existing wells are on and will connect to the existing discharge lines. Spoils will be discarded at an existing spoil location.

This project will involve replaced old and non- functioning wells at the same locations with the same purpose and capacity as the originals. There will not be impacts to listed species or cultural resources.
